Simple Miniature Games online store is now closed until the New Year. No new mail orders can be placed until the site re-opens.
We are currently experiencing a backlog on current orders and are running about a week behind on orders already received due to high volumes and large ‘75% off sale’ orders.
All current orders will be shipped out by the 14th December at the latest and will all be sent 1st class. Most outstanding orders will be despatched before that date.
If your order has already been placed, please do not worry it will be sent to you over the course of the next few days. Please do not chase or make further enquiries as these will only cause further delays as we will be have to be responding to enquiries rather than packing orders.

All current orders are being despatched, please ensure you allow at least 3 - 14 days for delivery after despatch (depending on where in the world you are) as the volume of orders is high and we are only a small company.
Trade orders are our main business and they have to be dealt with first with mail orders being packed in the evenings and weekends, so allow us a bit of extra time before you start chasing the orders.
Please be aware that whilst we try and make the quantities listed on the website as accurate as possible and have just done a stock-take to make sure they are correct ,we can not guarantee their accuracy at all times as we also have retailer orders, phone and post orders to take into account. Everything is processed in order so we will do our best to get you the mini’s you want. However if anything is out of stock you will always get a refund or be offered an alternative.
